Nectar Social Raises $30M Series A
The agentic marketing platform already counts Liquid Death, Figma, and e.l.f. Beauty as clients.
Nectar Social, the AI-powered marketing platform founded by sisters Misbah and Farah Uraizee, has raised a $30 million Series A led by Menlo Ventures and its Anthology Fund, created in partnership with Anthropic. Existing and new investors including GV, True Ventures, and Gwyneth Paltrow’s Kinship Ventures also participated. The company, which exited stealth last year, builds autonomous AI agents that handle social activity, moderation, creator workflows, competitive intelligence, and commerce conversations end-to-end for brand marketing teams. Data partnerships with platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X let the Nectar agent pull and consolidate signals from across channels into one place, rather than requiring separate tools per platform. Reported clients include Liquid Death, Figma, and e.l.f. Beauty. CEO Misbah Uraizee told TechCrunch the round reflects a broader shift in where buying conversations happen: “The buying conversation has moved into social, and no human team can staff every place it happens. We’re accelerating our category lead in building the operating system that lets brands show up everywhere.” The new funding will go toward growing Nectar’s applied AI, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
